Shipping

Delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the times once the package has been delivered to the carrier.

With regard to the preparation of your order, except during busy periods, we prepare your package the same day if you order on a working day before 10 a.m. and the next day if you order on a working day after 10 a.m.
If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we prepare your order the next working day.
Delays may be longer when startting to sell new collection.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your package.

Delivery costs are free from 180 € of purchase in metropolitan France.

We are a small family business that is starting up, which is why we ask you to contribute to the delivery costs. We are not yet able to offer you whatever the amount of your order.

Return

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your package to return the concerned products to us.

Items must preferably be returned in their original packaging or, failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, new, unworn, unwashed. Any return non-compliant or damaged item will not be accepted.

Return your order for refund,
Return your order and obtain a credit note,

By going to your customer area on "My account" / "history and details of my orders" / "detail",

And by telling us which option you have chosen.

Once the return request has been validated by us, and always within the period indicated above, you will need to send the package accompanied by the purchase invoice/delivery note by post via Colissimo to the address indicated below:

Please note, if you do not make your return request in your customer area or by email and do not respect the return procedure, we will not be able to reimburse you.

The risks and costs of return are your responsibility.

Being a young brand starting up, we are currently  not able to cover the return costs.

Upon receipt of your package and according to your choice :

- We will make the exchange (subject to available stock) and We will inform you by email. We will bear the reshipping costs in this case.

- We will make the refund, which will take place within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the return of the products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

- We will edit a credit note linked to your customer account and We will send you the code by email.
